 Tehran Institute of Technology was established in 1978 by offering courses of Electrical and Electronics courses. Along with developments in digital technologies and introduction of this technology in Iran, TIT took a major step in teaching modern technologies and was registered as the first computer educational center in Iran in 1988. At the same year TIT besides promoting its activities for the development of knowledge and technology, established its publishing division named" Dibagaran Artistic and Cultural Institute". By publishing more than 1100 books on different scientific subjects, this center has been recognized as one of the major publication centers specialized in computer & IT books.

The Organizational Training Department of MFT has taken an initiative to run the following training courses in organizations throughout the country. The purpose of the Department is to help promote, facilitate, and unify training services for Iranian organizations.

*Courses in engineering software specifically for oil and gas industry.
